Receipts

Six proceedings. Two multi-billion-dollar organizations. A federal police force. A $3,000,000 property fight. Self-represented. Wins on the record.

Every play in the AI litigation intelligence products was forged inside one of these matters. I integrated the most advanced AI models directly into my email, Google Drive, and every channel where the record lived. The AI read every communication. I recognized every bad-faith tactic. The brain was mine. Advanced prompt engineering captured each one on the record in real time. Documenting in real time is the methodology. The products are how I scale it. Information only. Each case rests on its own facts and counsel.

  1. 01 · Multi-billion-dollar enterprise software company

Disability-discrimination tribunal action. Termination on protected leave after a documented medical crisis. Self-represented the entire way.

  2. 02 · Wawanesa Life and Health Insurance Company

Bad-faith long-term-disability denial. Recorded admission on file. Self-represented through pleadings; counsel of record now David Share of Share Lawyers.

Emergency injunction won at the airport against a federal police force after falsified immigration paperwork. Public court record.

  4. 04 · Large Canadian subprime lending institution

  5. 05 · Chartered professional accountant

Professional-negligence claim in preparation. Multi-jurisdiction tax fallout from prior-year filing errors. Self-represented.

  6. 06 · $3,000,000 real estate dispute

Self-fielded through the early stages, then assembled a complete handoff package and pitched it to a top Vancouver real estate firm who took it forward.

Why this exists

The systems we trust go dark when we need them most.

I am Chase Nelson-Murray. I built NomadLaw because I lived through what it was supposed to fix, and I am still in the fight.

Where this came from

A medical crisis. A termination. A denied claim.

I did not come to law from law school. I came from the floor.

Six years as a personal trainer at GoodLife Fitness, $30K in sales my first month. Four years as a UBC Sauder licensed real estate agent at eXp Realty, writing purchase and sale agreements daily and $12M closed in twelve months. A year selling payment processing at Sekure Payment Experts, 200% quota every month and 150 cold dials a day. Nineteen months as a mid market Solutions Engineer at Boomi, a Dell Technologies company: 100 plus customers advised, 30 plus proofs of concept, twelve integration certifications in twelve months, and the technical win in 9 of 10 contested evaluations.

Contracts every day, in every arena. Then everything broke.

An institution terminated me 22 days after I requested workplace accommodations, while I was on approved long-term disability. Wawanesa Life and Health Insurance Company denied the LTD claim with my physician's evidence in their hands. I was overseas, mid-treatment, mid-financial-collapse. The only things in my corner were AI and the record.

If you are at that point right now, you are who I built NomadLaw for. The job is to get you two things. Financial recovery in the bands documented above. And the emotional ground under your feet that comes from knowing the receipts are on your side, not theirs.

You do not need a retainer to start. You do not need a lawyer who is ready next month. You need the AI litigation intelligence products that walk the case with you while you wait, and that walk in beside counsel when they show up.

What it took

An emergency injunction. A recorded admission. A managing partner caught.

The Brazilian Federal Police falsified my immigration paperwork to push me out of the country at the airport. I sued them and won an emergency injunction, a remedy rarely granted, and almost never to a self-represented litigant on a self-rep timeline. That order is part of the public court record. An Air Canada representative is on a recorded call admitting he did not know why the federal police had lied to both of us. Third-party corroboration on the record.

Then I went back to work on Wawanesa. Twenty to forty emails dismantled their first false termination reason. They fabricated a second. Their director admitted on a one-party-consent recorded call (legal in Canada under Criminal Code s. 184(2)(a)) that she had not read my file and was deflecting me into the appeal process to buy time. Emergency hardship release was denied while I was facing eviction overseas, mid-medical-crisis, financially cornered.

Wawanesa's outside counsel, their managing partner, then sent me an email any working litigator will recognise as smug, closing salute and all. I caught the contradictions in his correspondence and put them on the record. The corroboration started building itself.

I handed the file to David Share of Share Lawyers with a red ribbon on top. A bad-faith insurance precedent in the lineage of Baker v. Blue Cross is taking shape.

What happens now

The AI litigation intelligence platform anyone can run. The fight is not over.

Every play I ran, damages math, evidence chronology, bad-faith pattern detection, real-time documentation, multi-language proceedings, is now the NomadLaw AI litigation intelligence platform. A Canadian subprime lending institution that filed a false consumer proposal under my name? Filing this week. A chartered professional accountant facing a professional negligence claim? Drafting now. The same workflows.

The single highest-leverage move I made was logging the receipts as they happened. The recorded admission from Wawanesa's director under Criminal Code s. 184(2)(a). The Air Canada representative on the record about the federal police. The smug email from outside counsel saved at the moment it arrived. The 22-day paper trail from accommodation request to termination. Nothing reconstructed after the fact. Everything captured in real time.

NomadLaw's AI litigation intelligence products are built to do that for you, the moment something happens, without you needing to think about it.

A case this big, a record this strong, opens doors that money alone cannot. I am also consulting with the legal team that recently secured a $3,000,000 judgment against Facebook and YouTube for algorithmic-addiction harm, on a related precedent matter. When your record is documented in real time and signal-clean, the best lawyers in the world will take your call.

In-house counsel live at launch. Coverage across North America and Central America to start, the rest of the world next. If you are part of the modern tech workforce, you travel for work, you are pursuing disability rights, you are facing employment-law action, or you are tangled in international litigation, this is built for you.
